A true computer junky, Martin Brown was one of the first to buy a computer - a Commodore 64 to be exact - in the early 1980s and shortly thereafter began surfing the Internet. Riding the crest of the technology wave has given him extensive knowledge of computer operating systems, programming languages, and everything in the universe you might want to know about the World Wide Web. Like most of the DigitalVooDoo team, however, Martin has a diverse creative background in the arts, including an Emmy Award for his camera work on the sitcom, Married People. In fact, he has over 20 years experience in Prime Time Television and Motion Picture Production. An abbreviated list of his credits, include: |

The first Digital VooDoo project that paired Martin Brown and Producer, Lisa Dee, was the Bell Computers infomercial with actor-host, Mark Hamill. Martin did camera and lighting. As Digital VooDoo's projects expanded to include digital video, animation, CD-ROM and the Web, Martin's expertise in programming languages became a major resource to the company. He has expertise in the following programming languages: Machine Language, Assembler, Basic, C, Smalltalk, Perl UNIX Shell and for the Web, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Perl and Java... And works in the following computer operating systems: DOS, Windows, OS2 Warp, and UNIX (SunOS, Linux & BSDI). When he's not surfing the Internet, you can actually find him surfing the Pacific or racing a Suzuki GSX-R 1100 up the Los Angeles Crest Highway (and hoping his radar detector actually works)! |
