From an illustrious career in the arts and advertising, Frank Siciliano brings the discipline of an exacting craftsman to his graphics and interface designs. They are full of careful details, creating a sense of reality that subtly seizes the user's attention and holds it.

Currently, Frank is designing images and product prototypes for projects from toys to television.

A few of the Digital VooDoo projects that bear Frank's design imprimatur: the Consumer Credit Counseling Service, CalPERS and USCare web sites, and KLH Audio Systems' animated product CD-ROM and Davidson Software's product preview CD-ROM.

He also did the photography and production design for promotional videos for Western Digital, and production design on television commercials for Metatools' graphics and imaging software.

Frank is literate in numerous computer graphics tools. He received a 2nd place award in the National CAD Design Competition, sponsored by Evolution Computing.

In the advertising world of Madison Avenue, Frank worked as both a photographer -- doing location work and large-format still life -- and production designer on over 500 television commercials for top clients, including: AT&T, Saab, Volvo, GTE, Sony, Nikon, Kodak and Xerox.

Frank also served as the VP/Corporate Design for International Automobile Importers. He designed the corporate image and product media for the importers of the Bertone and Pininfarina automobiles.

In the world of fine arts he has produced numerous showcases of his photography, drawings and furniture designs at the Fashion Institute Museum, the Worchester Museum in Massachusetts and the Rizzoli Gallery in New York, among others.

It is not only in the discipline of design that Frank contributes to Digital VooDoo. As a musician, Frank has played in a variety of bands and studio scoring sessions, and brings a thorough knowledge of MIDI and digital sound mixing to the team.

With the breadth of his artistic skill, you cannot sum up Frank's work with a single adjective. It is through imagination and desire he has learned to apply traditional techniques to the new digital media.
